Alien comet Borisov shed ‘millions of gallons of water’
Description
NASA’s Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory tracked the water loss of comet 2I/Borisov during its approach and swing around the sun in 2019.The comet "produced enough water to fill a standard bathtub in 10 seconds," on average, according to NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center.
