APEC 9/11: Jack Sarfatti’s UAP Warp Drive & Tic Tac Tech
Description
During this special conference event, Dr. Jack Sarfatti will discuss a new approach to warp-drive design utilizing gravitational metamaterials to create a low-power warp-drive based on the conventional & well-accepted principles of relativity theory. He will also describe how this new model for warp-drive propulsion explains the reported flight performance of UAPs as described in the US Navy Nimitz encounters. Please submit questions to the moderator in advance of this event, and we’ll go through them after the presentation.

12:00pm PT – Jack Sarfatti – UAP Warp Drives & Tic Tac Technology
Jack’s concept for propulsion holds that the negative refractive index of certain metamaterials can create a negative energy density, which combined with Bose–Einstein condensate can reduce the speed of light within the metamaterial to create anti-gravity effects. He believes that metamaterials are a key to space-time metric engineering within the constraints of General Relativity theory and facilitate the creation of a low-power warp drive.
Conventional forms of spacecraft propulsion are unlikely to motivate large-scale private capital because the time scales for interstellar travel even to the nearest exo-planet are simply too long for practical commerce, the habitat problems are likely to be too difficult, and the cost in our declining world economy on the brink of financial if not environmental collapse appear to be too great.
Recent discoveries in the slowing of the speed of light in Bose-Einstein condensates and the negative electric permitivity and magnetic permeability in metamaterials suggests a low power speculative possibility for warp drive based on Einstein’s orthodox field equation for gravity coupled to the electromagnetic field.
Suppose, for example, that the speed of light can be slowed to 3 cm/sec keeping the magnetic response close to 1 with a non-propagating near-field low frequency negative dielectric response susceptibility. Therefore, since c scales as the inverse square root of the product of the electric and magnetic susceptibilities, yielding a dimensionless amplification of the repulsive antigravity field of perhaps as much as order of the cube of the electric susceptibility ~ 1060. This would break the space-time stiffness barrier to low power warp-wormhole technology.
