Astra rocket suffers anomaly during orbital launch attempt
Description
Space startup Astra attempted to launch their 43-foot-tall (13 meters) Launch Vehicle 006 from Alaska on Aug. 28, 2021. It suffered an anomaly after Main Engine Cutoff (MECO). It was carrying a mass-simulator test payload for the Department of Defense's Space Test Program.
