Clapham North Deep Level Shelter 360 VR Camera
Description
We return to Clapham North to show the Southamptonish explorers this bunker. I filmed this time in 360. Some of you may have seen the other normal version but this is a different day, different explore.
Opened to the public in 1944, Clapham North deep-level shelter has over a mile of subterranean passageways that reveal the extraordinary stories of those who sheltered here, from Londoners seeking refuge during the Second World War, to hopeful Caribbean migrants arriving on the Empire Windrush, and even thrifty visitors to the Festival of Britain.
