During hearing on NASA’s 2019 budget request, US Representative Ed Perlmutter (D-CO 7th District), a sci-fi enthusiast, says that NASA is taking a “Back to the Future” approach to space exploration, harking back to the space agency’s initiatives in the 1960s.
