Declining Sea Ice Trend Continues - NASA Confirms in 2019

Measurements of Arctic Sea ice by NASA in 2019 confirms that it is still trending downwards. The maximum extent of the ice did not break the record this year unlike the last 4 years but “it continued a trend of declining sea ice maximums and minimums,” according to NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center.
