In the early 1990s, as Dr. Steven Greer began to learn more about the multiple levels of secrecy within US government and military, he founded Project Starlight to bring knowledge of ET activity to light. With the help of information from high-ranking insiders, he was able to collect a strong database of evidence to the presence of ET technology and communication known within government organizations. He continues to inspire public action to connect directly with extraterrestrials through the CE5 protocols.
