Europe's Vega C rocket soars on maiden flight, launches Italian satellite

The four-stage medium-lift Vega C rocket launched for the first time from Europe's Spaceport in Kourou, French Guiana on July 13, 2022. It's payloads were the LARES-2 scientific satellite, developed by the Italian Space Agency, and six small cubesats.
