I think if it sits over 86+ degree Gulf of Mexico water for more than 18 hours with Low wind Shear it has maximum potential to be Category 3 or worse. Which would make it a major hurricane. I still cant pick a location. Analogs suggest near Houston Texas. It's still a guessing game. imo
