*In this video I refer to Wim Hof being the current Guinness World Record holder for the feat - World's Longest Ice Bath. He achieved this feat in 2008 for staying submerged in ice for 1 hour and 13 minutes. He later broke this record again by staying submerged for 1 hour and 55 minutes in 2011. The record is currently held by Jin Songhao who stayed submerged for 2 hours.
