Hubble finds jets from stellar mash-up moving at nearly the speed of light
Description
A neutron star collision generated a jet that was found to be moving at nearly the speed of light. "Astronomers used Hubble to measure the motion of a blob of material the jet slammed into," according to NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center.
