Nene Angulo from San Diego was lucky enough to film this UFO in downtown San Diego.
He sates: "UFO floating over Downtown San Diego. I saw it when I was driving in traffic. It wasn't moving at all, just floating there. It's not a blimp, plane, or helicopter. the extra heavy traffic that morning. I'd like to add that I know nothing of the stuff they talk about on TV with CGI or video editing. I shot it, and uploaded it straight from my phone"
