John Glenns's amazing achievements remembered by NASA on his 100th birthday

John Glenn was born on July 18, 1921 and went on to become the first American to orbit Earth during the Mercury program, was a 3-term US senator and flew to space again aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery for the STS-95 mission.
