Along with the dozens of other first hand witness accounts, how does the USAF still contend with it's 1994 conclusions that this was a mistaken Project Mogul Weather Balloon Train, when so many witnesses testified about memory metal and strange Titanium-Aluminum Alloys of which Battelle Memorial Institute began researching just 2 years later under private contract with Wright Patterson AFB...



What is the relationship between quasi-governmental organizations like the Battelle Memorial Institute and the Government's original UFO file? (...before the language got obfuscated with the term "UAP" by Pentaton CounterIntelligence Officers Posing as UFO Whistleblowers who scammed investors out of $Millions by pretending to disclose Alien Technology that they would use to build a space craft for investors.
