At NASA’s 2025 Human Research Program Investigators’ Workshop in Galveston, Texas, astronaut Mike Barratt discusses his International Space Station mission and the human health research he conducted in microgravity. The workshop celebrates and reports the cutting-edge science enabling safe, productive, and efficient human spaceflight. Following his latest eight-month science mission, pilot Barratt and his crew members returned to Earth on Oct. 25, 2024. He’s logged a combined total of 446 days in space.
