New Crew's Soyuz Launch to Space Station Has Booster Issue

UPDATE: NASA confirms that the crew is safe and on the ground and rescue crews are on their way.
Nick Hague (NASA) and Alexey Ovchinin (Roscosmos) launched to the International Space Station on Oct. 11, 2018. There was a "booster failure" during launch according to the broadcast.
