Quest 2 Controller Battery Swap - Change - How to open Quest 2 controller for battery change

The Quest 2 controllers each have 1 AA battery in them, they are quite discreetly hidden under a sliding flap. There's no option to charge them (unless you use your own recheargables).

Its a little tricky to open without damaging or scratching them unless you know how.
This video shows you have to open the Quest 2 controller for battery change.


It also shows you how to remove the hand strap avoiding cutting them with scissors.
