The wet dress rehearsal will begin on April 1 at 5 p.m. EDT with a "call to stations," when members of the launch control team at Kennedy Space Center in Florida will arrive at the firing rooms in the Launch Control Center and begin the two-day test launch countdown. The team will aim for a two-hour testing window that begins at 2:40 p.m. on April 3.
The countdown for the wet dress rehearsal will be similar to the one used by the team on the day of launch. The approximate times for the countdown milestones during the wet dress rehearsal test are listed below. All times are in Eastern Standard Time. The timing of some events during the test may differ from the day of launch countdown due to several planned operational demonstrations tied to specific capabilities and test objectives. These demonstrations include cryogenic system tests and a three-minute hold inside the terminal count, which would not normally happen on launch day.
