Description

The American Meteor Society received several reports of a fireball over Kansas, Texas and Oklahoma on Oct. 9, 2024 (Oct. 10 - EST) . Views from Frisco, Texas and Burlington, Kansas are seen here.

It appears to be "Starlink-4682" which was "launched in 2022 Aug," according to a X post by astronomer Jonathan McDowell .
