Space Rock Formed in Asteroid Belt 'Exiled' to the Kuiper Belt

European Southern Observatory telescopes were used to confirm that Kuiper Belt Object (KBO) 2004 EW95 is carbon-rich, suggesting it was born in the inner solar system.
