It’s actually the opposite, so it was all the more strange when frantic mother Shannon Bird called the Lone Peak Police Department at 2:00 AM, crying for help, saying she couldn’t feed her baby. But if calling the cops had been strange, the way the police officers reacted was certainly not what she had expected.
