"What’s Behind This Door?" takes you behind the doors of various facilities located at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston being used to return humanity to the Moon, through the Artemis campaign. The series features interviews with NASA experts and provides a rare insight
into all the preparation as teams get ready for lunar missions. This episode takes place in Building 16 at NASA Johnson in the Prototype Immersive Technologies (PIT) Lab, which provides a space for concept operations development, evaluation and testing. It features simulation software engineer Billy Young who demonstrates how virtual reality provides an
immersive experience to train NASA astronauts for Artemis missions where they will experience challenging lighting conditions caused by permanently shadowed regions.
